Beyonce sure knows how to put on a show.
Last night Beyonce wowed the world as she put on a spectacular performance during the Super Bowl half time show.
Performing a range of her greatest hits such as Crazy in Love, End of Time, Love on Top and Single Ladies, she also reunited with her fellow band mates from Destiny’s Child, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams to perform some of their well-known tracks.
The singer, who recently faced negative press after lip-syncing on inauguration day, got the audience back on side with the crowds going mad. Social media sites were equally as crazy, with everyone constantly tweeting about how much they were enjoying her performance.
Celebs also caught on to the Twitter hype, expressing their support for the star. Michella Obama tweeted: ‘Watching the #SuperBowl with family & friends. @Beyonce was phenomenal!.’
Jessie J also loved her performance, tweeting: ‘Goosebumps!! @Beyonce a superstar right to her fingertips! #superbowl’
Beyonce then gave her fans even more of a treat by announcing the tour dates for her Mrs. Carter Show world tour, just hours after her show in New Orleans.
The UK and Ireland are home to eight of the tour’s shows between April 29 and May 7.
Last night Beyonce proved that not only can she sing, but she can put on an amazing performance, and after that I think it’s going to be very difficult for anyone to get their hands on those tour tickets!
